Herbs for thought:
1. There are new published studies that pomegranite juice helps with prostate disease
2. Green tea decreases cholesterol by 36 %
3. Chamomille helps with gastrointestinal issues
Here is my biggest healthy secret…by 9am everyday, I have consumed 5 green vegetables…because I start each day with “Greens First”. I don’t often take the time to cook vegetables and used to rarely eat them. I was so glad to find “Greens First”…a great way to get added nutrition when your don’t always make the right choices concerning a healthy diet. Being knowledgable in “all” areas of medicine, he has made a difference in my life as well as my father’s health. He is a doctor who truly cares about the well being of his patients. Longevity Nutritionals has a great line of products that I use on a daily basis. The products that are available can be used for overall health or to help treat specific conditions.

Thank you for all the comments. I suggest that people read the Omnivore Dilemna by Michael Pollan. This is truly an excellent book. He also wrote The Botany of Desire.

I recently ordered the GForce Green Tea from Longevity Nutritionals. I had tried other green tea products in the past and wondered “what is so wonderful about green tea?”. Well, when I began taking the GForce product, I knew within a few days what sets one green tea product aside from others. I began to feel better from the inside out and began looking better too! I had a little cough and cold when I started taking the supplement, and then both disappeared. My skin seemed to begin breathing, and I even lost a couple of menapausal acne marks! As an intergrative oral care specialist I appreciate working with another health professional who is not only knowledgeable but caring. When you put your “Heart” in your work (no pun intended) you can feel the energy of healing start to work.
Let’s not only stamp out disease but the technicians that call themselves professionals. A professional is open minded and learns daily and enjoys the personal rewards which comes from growth.
